Terms of service
Last updated 10 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Ram Raju, who runs PlayForge in India (“we”). By creating an account or using the PlayForge website, dashboard, extension or runner (“PlayForge”), you agree to them. If you use PlayForge for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
Early access
PlayForge is in early access and free to use for now. Features and limits may change. We'll give account holders at least 30 days' notice by e-mail before any paid plan affects you, and nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Admins of an organization decide who joins it and what role each person has.
Acceptable use
You may record and test only websites and apps you own or are allowed to test. You agree not to:
- use PlayForge to access systems without permission, collect other people's personal data, or get around security measures;
- use it for load testing or anything that could harm a site's normal operation;
- try to break, overload or reverse-engineer PlayForge, or access another organization's data;
- resell PlayForge without a written agreement with us.
Your content and tests
You own your recordings, test plans and the test code PlayForge generates for you, and you may use the exported code however you like. You give us permission to store and process them only to run PlayForge for you, including sending them to our AI provider as described in the privacy policy.
Generated tests come from an AI and can be wrong. Review them before relying on them, and don't treat a passing test as proof that your app works correctly.
Availability
We try to keep PlayForge running, but it may be unavailable at times, especially during early access. We may change or stop features, and we'll tell you before shutting down the service so you can export your tests.
Ending your use
You can stop using PlayForge and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Where we can, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to export your tests first.
Disclaimer and liability
PlayForge is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, or ₹5,000 if you paid nothing.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over disputes about them.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and e-mail account holders before the change takes effect. Questions: eramrajurr@gmail.com.
