Refund policy

PlayForge is free during early access. Nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund today.

When paid plans start

We'll announce paid plans at least 30 days ahead, and you'll only be charged after you choose a plan. These rules will then apply:

Cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
First payment. If PlayForge isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we'll refund it in full.
Renewals. Renewals aren't refunded, except where the law requires it or a renewal happened by mistake.
Service problems. If PlayForge is unavailable for a long period through our fault, we'll refund or credit the affected time.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval; your bank may take longer to show them.
